MID TERM in HARJU

Here we are after 6 months in the middle of my project and right now is time to make a stop in this incredible journey from Buenos Aires to Estonia..........

Time in which I was able to evaluate my running project, experience so far and  reflect on the project activities, too.

Going deep I could analyze organizational aspect the support that I have received,

my integration into the local community.

 

 

It Was a large process where also I had the opportunity to review my EXPECTATIONS and PERSONAL OBJECTIVES...

                                     I MEAN--- ME AND MY PROJECT,  NOBODY ELSE :)

                               

This stage of the retrovision was a path to see how to cope with my desires and challanges.

It was the real stage to have a huge conscience and its meaning of being in a new country and my meeting with intercultural differences.

But the most significant aspect was to see deeply my own way of learning and development of my personal evaluation,  thing that one is not so accustomed to do.

 After all that I was able to have other perspective of my real situation in this way as E.V.S Volunter hundreds of miles from my lovely city BUENOS AIRES.

I have got for instance: how to planning my last middle route into E.V.S world, after feedbacks with my peers, trainers

    


   I have a lot of recommendation, suggestion 

and tools in order to cope future improvements.

 

In the final stage of my MIDTerm - I can have a possible perspective here in ESTONIA


in my COUNTRY or wherever !
